**A surcharge of £30.00 is applied if underfloor heating is fitted, to cover the additional fluid cost.
Includes;
Visual inspection of the system,
Replacement of heating fluid with an Alde-approved product,
Bleed/Purge of air from the system,
Functional test, and
Safe removal & recycling/disposal of old fluid.
The antifreeze in your heating fluid plays a crucial role beyond just frost protection; it effectively prevents corrosion and inhibits bacteria growth. It’s important to note that the corrosion protection starts to decline over time. However, we can expertly determine when your fluid needs to be changed by conducting a simple test on the fluid in your system.
When in doubt—especially with a pre-owned vehicle—it's crucial to change the fluid at your earliest convenience for optimal performance and longevity.
Here at MDMCS, we only use the highest quality Alde-approved antifreeze, which is magenta in colour and provides protection down to -37 °C, with a typical service life of up to five years.
Not all products meeting a specification are Alde-approved
